Private Chef Xavi’s was born and raised in Aruba. His mother is from the Dutch Caribbean island of Saba and his father origins from Venezuela. Chef Xavi’s cooking style is an interesting mix of French and Caribbean cuisine infused with Latin American flavors. With a background of working at the finest restaurants in Aruba and the Netherlands, he is an extremely passionate chef.

One of Chef Xavi’s signature dishes is jerk duck breast with homemade seasoning. It is served with fried sweet plantain croquette stuffed with paisa cheese, guava sauce and pumpkin. Doesn’t that sound heavenly?
